Q. Are emergency appointments available?
Yes, we offer emergency appointments, normally the same day for patients in pain. During busy periods we may have to prioritise patients in pain and discomfort. We offer an out of hours service for dental emergencies, our answerphone gives the contact number(s) of the dentist(s) on call.
Q. What if I miss an appointment?
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is missed, a charge may be made. We understand that sometimes unavoidable situations occur.
Q. How do I pay for my treatment?
We operate a pay as you go service for our private patients. Treatment can be paid for in cash or by debit/credit card.
Denplan operate a direct debit monthly charge based on your dental needs. This is an affordable way to spread the cost of your dental care.
Q. Do you have disabled access?
Disabled access is limited due to the location and nature of the building. Wide shallow steps with handrails lead up to the entrance; arrangement can be made to use ground floor surgeries.
Contacts for local dentists with disabled access are available.
Q. Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes, we now offer Wednesday evening appointments.
Q. Is parking available?
We do not have our own parking facilities, however, the church car park opposite offers pay and display parking.
Q. I need to make a complaint.
Please consult our official complaints policy or call, email or visit us.
