From receptionists to the clinicians I have always for everyone at Kingsclere to be friendly and so helpful. The practice is clean and welcoming. Television screens in the waiting rooms and surgeries creates a calming environment.calming

The whole experience is one of reassurance and safety; I feel engaged with the treatment choices and have never not been able to secure an appointment when necessary.

I have always felt comfortable with the treatment offered and the kindness and thoughtfulness of both my dentist and the hygienist. They explain what they are doing and ensure I am comfortable and not suffering any pain during my treatment.

Always very courteous and professional - have been with the dental practice on and off since childhood.

The hygenist and the dentist are both excellent and explain everything. The actual building, toilet and reception area always seem a bit poorly(cheaply) decorated etc. Reception staff are OK, but not super friendly.
